Privacy Notice
Ton's Cafe, 6th Street, Progreso, Binalbagan, collects only what it needs to take and serve your order.
What we collect
- Your name, and your table number, delivery address or pick-up details.
- Your mobile number for delivery and pre-orders, so we can reach you about your order. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) copy to recognise repeated no-shows.
- What you ordered, the total, and how you chose to pay. If you pay by GCash, the reference number you send us.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, confirm payment, contact you about it, and keep our sales and stock records accurate.
Who can see it
Our staff, through the admin page, and you, through your order ID. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. The data is stored with Google Firebase.
How long we keep it
Finished or cancelled orders are deleted after about 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by asking our staff at the counter. This notice follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
